Husband and wife team Simon and Sian have been together for over 15 years. During that time, they have both had separate careers but it is only recently that both decided with the combination of I.T. and Recruitment skills between them – why not work together to form Gainham Recruitment?

Our Services

For clients we provide specialist knowledge of the industry, interview relevant candidates, check relevant qualifications and eligibility of work, set up interviews and be part of the process until the candidate is employed. 

For candidates we offer an interview process which involves listening to them about their motivations in looking for work, registering them, pre-interview advice and staying in touch on their terms.
